Betty L. Conard

Betty L. Conard, 76, of South Bend, passed away at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2006, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Betty was born on April 22, 1929, in South Bend, to the late Earl T. and Mildred B. (McMahon) Lyons. On August 24, 1981, in South Bend, as the former Betty Lyons, she married John J. Conard, who passed away on January 10, 2005. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Earl, Joseph and Richard; and by three sisters, Ida, Nellie and Mildred.

ELKHART -- Betty L. Conard, 76, died Tuesday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, of natural causes. Survivors include two daughters, Connie Garrabrant of South Bend and Lora Blatz of Osceola; and three sons, Pat Kealy of Mishawaka, Denny Stafford of South Bend and John Kealy of Cassopolis. Services will be at noon Friday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, where friends may call two hours before services.
