This picture was labeled as Ralph and Bert Lerch by Jill Lipka's great-grandmother Ruth Snyder, but I believe it may be John Henry Moses and his sister, Hallie. I just can't believe the child on the left is a boy. The bottom of the photo was badly damaged so I had to cut it off. The girl is standing on a platform of some sort and the boy is standing on the floor. The photo looks like it was taken in the late 1890s.

He was born February, 1845 in Allegheny(?), Somerset County, Pennsylvania and died between 1920-1930 in Buckeye, Stephenson County, Illinois.
