Sadie V. Caldwell

Mrs. Sadie V. Caldwell, 82, St. Paul Homes, Greenville, formerly of 11 Wilbur St., Greenville, wife of Harry J. Caldwell, died at the home Friday, January 11, 1980, following an extended illness.

She was born in Greenwood Township June 3, 1898, daughter of Fred S. and Grace Smock Williams. She married Caldwell, April 19, 1916.

Mrs. Caldwell was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Greenville.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Earl of Euclid, Ohio, and Merle of Clearwater, Florida; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dortha Grace.

Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 and ...(not legible)... at the Andrew H. Osborne Funeral Home, 73 Columbia Ave., Greenville, where funeral and committal services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Blair Wallace of Wesleyan Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be at Greenfield Cemetery, Greenwood Township.
